  • Purpose-built, high-end blown burnout vehicles.
  • Any number of cylinders allowed.
  • Vehicles to have an Aftermarket Turbocharger or Supercharger fitted – No Naturally Aspirated.
  • Open to Petrol, Ethanol and Methanol.
  • Nitrous is not permitted
  • No Alloy Rims allowed.
  • Fire Suit and Gloves meeting SFI 3.3/5 standard are mandatory for all drivers and passengers of Blown and Methanol cars.

Transferring and selling of tickets is prohibited, If you are unable to attend, you must call Sydney Dragway for a refund.

  • Open to drivers 14-17 years old holding a valid IHRA Australia Junior Burnouts License. Please ensure to arrange this with IHRA Australia prior to the event. International Hot Rod Association Australia
  • Any number of cylinders allowed.
  • Vehicles must be Naturally Aspirated - No Turbochargers or Superchargers including OEM.
  • Open to Petrol, Ethanol and Methanol.
  • No Alloy Rims allowed.
  • Must always have a fully licensed passenger in the vehicle.
  • The passenger is responsible for driving the vehicle in the pits/on site, and to/from the Burnout Pad.
  • Fire Suit and Gloves meeting SFI 3.3/5 standard are mandatory for all drivers and passengers of Methanol cars.  Highly recommended that for other drivers and passengers wear Fire Suit, Gloves and Boots meeting 3.3/5 standard.
